We played like what, 13 games in 40-odd days? Its bound to happen. Defo 2/3 fresh players to mix things up.

 

We're crying out for a tom rogic...we also need to look at a midfield 3 that doesn't include McGregor...he's not moving the ball quickly enough for me and he's coming too deep allowing teams just to sit in.

 

I've been saying this for years. Anything less than a win and the fans want heads to roll immediately....

But believe me when I say....the state of affairs we're in right now...is very very good...definitely nothing to complain about

 

100% these are the good times! People chose to focus on the negatives or think its FM or fifa they are playing.

How is winning 4-0, 3-0, 4-1 (all recent results) tough to watch?

Honestly it's a bit exaggerated how bad things are.

We seem to get bullied a lot recently which is worrying.

 

I'm 53 and absolutely remember the really bad days...but the football we're playing just now isn't good to watch...it's too slow and too predictable..I want fast movement with us cutting through teams not side to side then recycle and try again...a tom rogic type who can open teams up or come up with a bit of magic is urgently needed.

 

What’s weird about it?

In general terms we need to upgrade on them, we’ve played a mental amount of games in this period and there’s a big drop off when Maeda and Kühn doesn’t start. Hardly controversial.

In terms of the game today they done okay, but didn’t really affect the game enough for me. Yang done well for the goal but that aside he didn’t do much.

Dreadful second-half. No Plab B from Rodgers, as per. Rotation is not helping, plus we have players shirking their responsibilities (Bernardo, Trusty, Vallé etc.). Also, as I said earlier in the thread, we’re depending on players who should never be starting for us - it’s debatable as to whether they should be even in the bench. We need 3 players coming in in January but I doubt we’ll get that.

 

Dundee we're good tonight and we were poor but it is concerning that when teams press us and put pressure and press us we cannot play around it, the huns did it and dundee have now done it, drawing to the 2 dundees and getting tanked by the huns is not good enough in quite a short space of time, as well as failing to beat them in 90mins and failing to beat a poor zagreb side if I'm going to be a bit more harsh.

 

It doesn't matter if it is or not, at this stage of the season, with so much still to play for, they should be ramping up the performances, not getting progresively worse. And we can't even blame the pitch or the weather tonight, that was all us.

 

Also, that Dundee player that scored their third didn't hide his allegiance well did he

 

So we got the early goal I predicted. But the defence was a bit of a concern. 3 easily preventable goals conceded. I am a fan of Trusty but tonight was one of his poorer games. Out muscled for 2nd and 3rd goal.
