I agree mate, he has to start against Malmo after that performance IMO. I heard that defending was his weakness but I thought he has looked solid defensively so far. Good going forward as well. Wouldn't surprise me if Ronny goes with Ambrose on Tuesday if Lustig is out though.

    That'll do nicely.

Janko looked good, and I thought Allan looked good when he came on. Tried the reverse pass a few times that didn't come off, but it shows he has good vision.

Good to know we have no injuries (Lustig?) going into the Malmo game.

  4. Agree mate, hopefully he can kick on and be a top player for us,I liked the look of him in the deeper role.

  5. I guess a lot of the players gave the little extra cause they wanted to show themselves when they got the chance to play.

    Great win all things considered.

Keeper looks like a good shot stopper, Janko is an exciting prospect and our midfield coped well with so many changes before and during the match.

    Good days work.

Was surprised with Stokes today normally his first touch is one of his best attributes, certainly wasn't today though!

He's played well the last few games

If he stays fit he's going to get his chance to prove people wrong

  9. You laugh at him but if we lost or drew today you would be saying it after never mind before the game

He moans constantly, doesn't praise us when we score and he * off at 3-1.

  13. Excellent stuff.

Making nine changes, playing a few youth players and still managing to get a very comfortable victory against a top six side.

    Bring on Malmo now :50:

Mikael Lustig: Boost for Celtic over hamstring injury

Celtic defender Mikael Lustig's hamstring injury is not as bad as first feared, according to manager Ronny Deila.
The right-back, 28, was stretchered round the field during Wednesday's 3-2 defeat of Malmo in Glasgow, having left the pitch for treatment.
However, Deila revealed the Sweden international could return in time to face Malmo in Tuesday's return leg.
"It doesn't seem to be so serious," said Deila.
"He has a chance on Tuesday. We will see."
Lustig missed much of last season with injury.

Can't argue with that. A 3-1 win away from home with a reserve team essentially.
