Brown was better than Donati today, I don't understand how anyone can say otherwise.

Brown did nothing for 90 mins their is a diference between doing nothing wrong and doing nothing at all.

Donati ran the midfield for the first 45 mins.He was less prominent in the second half although I wouldnt say he was *.

I didnt like the move. Hes mediocre spl talent at best. Capped once and hes 29? So its hardly anti-scottish. And being good at one club in the spl doesnt mean he will be good here. Riordan, Killen, Pressley in the past few years is a perfect example.

Go ahead he can prove me wrong. I pray he proves me wrong as that means we have another quality player.

Brown dogged about in midfield, won back possession countless numbers of times. Donati made one or two good passes, but apart from that he was useless. Would rather have hartley beside brown anyday, it gives us a better shape in midfield.

You were at the match? Did you have your head up your * the entire time?

Donati broke up at least 2 blunders by the defense. He drove down the midfield and tried to setup offensive attacks. He also broke up a few passes and he did a few long balls to the wings that would have setup something if the rest of the team was playing good.

He made like maybe 4 bad passes but 4 bad passes means that he was *? Okay *. You only notice the amazing things and the terrible things and never anything in between. And in between is where football is played.

Brown was AWOL for the whole of the 1st half and a large part of the second FFS! A blind man could see that.:56::56::56:

Donati had a good 1st half and a quiet 2nd half but he must have been knackered because of carrying Scott Brown on his back for 50 mins.:86:

It seems to me like alot of people cast a blind eye to the work done off the ball. Brown was running around digging in and helping win back possession. When celtic have the ball back in defence Donati runs up to a centre back position to get it ffs, anyone can do that it's schoolboy stuff. For 3million that we paid for him I expect alot more than just passing from defence. Scott Brown was up and down helping both defence and attack, more than I can say for Donati.

I did watch the game *. If you watch it again you will see Donati played the game with his head and was the only player on the pitch who was finding space all over the pitch in a frantic match.

Brown for me was playing with no real plan he was running into people and going nowere. Its just an opinion but I think if you watch it again you will see my point.

In regards to Robson I have a similar feeling to Iontach that he is just not good enough.I know he has scored two goals for us but he is to predictable a player for me .Today everytime he got the ball he switched the ball to his left foot this just made the game far to easy for the defenders to defend. This is why he was eventualy hooked.

He was hooked because theres no chance McGeady was coming off. Robson was the obvious candidate. St Mirren were organised and tough to break down, fair enough Robson had an off day. But 12 goals this season and second top goal scorer in the SPL is obviously not THAT predictable :84:

Sorry i saw his performance as slightly differnt!
Scott Brown spent his time running into blind alleys when we we were in possession and never got near the * ball for the whole 1st half.
He slightly improved in the 2nd half though.

Donati was the only player making and attempting to make passes in the whole first half and for good parts of the 2nd.
