Total shambles. Just when you think the club has turned the corner they go 10 steps back for whatever reason he has left, sure we will find out in time.

Sooner a new CEO is appointed the better, must be urgent none of this months and months. Hopefully ange is not next to bite the dust.

Just to add board and desmond out, sooner they are gone the better, someone please buy him out

Hail Hail and lets win on the park

Things must have been really bad if he walked away from that contract voluntarily.
If it wasn’t working between both parties I suspect some some of financial settlement would have been agreed.

Or maybe he walked away from the contract for personal reasons like the statement says.

Hope he's ok and wish him well.

Will wait and reserve judgement until the dust settles and the usual rumours disappear.

I’m just speculating like everyone else mate but I’ll be amazed if he’s walked away without any compensation.

Why’d he take his role at Celtic off his LinkedIn profile then?

Why did he take the time to do that?

Why did he actively go and remove his stint at the club from his professional networking profile?

Personal reasons sounds better than getting sacked to be fair

No, it's not. It's LinkedIn, not Facebook... In literally almost no job in the world does it look good to leave a place that quickly unless it was a short-term, in-out contract, which this wasn't. He can't say he learnt anything, or gained anything in so short a space. Certainly don't want to connect a professional profile to personal/health issues...

This makes perfect sense to me

Massive red flag he is far from happy and wants to purge that time from his career.

No doubt be letting * know all about it and how we operate as well..

Whether he was efficient or no, this is terrible for us due to the timing and seemingly/supposedly turning over a new leaf..

Didnt the club also use "Personal reasons" as to why the Howe deal fell through?

It's a weird one either way.

Yup he’s done this at a time where he hasn’t left Ange in the lurch, but probably couldn’t take anymore of the nepotism on that board.

It firmly puts to bed the horse * about illness, family or other ‘personal reasons’. He walked before he was pushed. He doesn’t want the club’s name near his professional profile nor any record of his time at the club on there.
