No he can leave! How much time does he need to get a team playing decent football its the spl not the epl. If he cant get any consistency in this league then he not the man for the job!!

you can see that he is a loser. He cannot even make good players into any sort of team. Honestly we would have been better with Levien, Jim Jeffies, Craig Brown or similar functional tough coach than this space cadet. I am certain that he will lead us to failure next year is he stays. It is noticeable that raising player quality does not improve the team. I have a feeling you could waste millions throwing money at him to try and cover the fact that he cannot build a winning team. The next manager will be in a MON sort of position where there is a good core there but the blend is all wrong and needs to find 3 or 4 players of character. I think that is the bit Mogga doesnt get. You need characters to be a winning team. Mogga sold or let go most of the characters from the WGS team and hasnt really brought characters in

I spat the dummy on Mowbray some time ago as i just couldn't see him turning us into his dream philosophy of a team i mean if he says he is building for the future and brings in as many loan deals as he has done then that's surely been done to try and win the league for this season and its backfired big time. How many of these loan deals are for the future then and will stay on at the end of the season. The board have a lot to answer too in Mowbrays appointment its been a complete and total disaster.

Ok we will go the rest of the season with him, be in an even more embarassing position and maybe not win anything.

It's definately a case of mixing and matching the core of what's already there with 1 or 2 hardened leaders , hopefully Hooiveld is one of them to emerge , and in midfield I'd like to have seen a Gary O'Neil or Kevin Nolan stringing the passes around while sitting in to break up play , even Jonathan Greening who was TM's captain at WBA and was availabe for loan at the start of the season would have given us some steel in there.. I think we're going to have to cut our losses with Scott Brown and replace him at the first chance..

why do people keep excusing this as a transitional year. Yes Moggas side do have 6 or 7 new players but remember MON and WGS both changed their predecessorts first 11 by about 7 players in their first seasons. WGS only ever used about 4 of MON's old first 11 and I am pretty sure MON first 11 had bout 7 new players too. They managed a huge change in the first 11 in their first season and still went on to win by miles.

mowbray has to go.the performances were good at the beginning but it has been going downhill fast since then.i mean take the weekend for example i know there was blatant cheatin on the refs part but even then the second half we werent great even with 11 men.we had to win that game and we never really looked like we wanted it more than them.there was no fightin to the end.we just looked like we gave up after brown got sent off and i blame the manager for that hes the guy that inspires and gives the team belief and we dont look like we have any belief in ourselves at all.

Im happy with the players he has brought in so I am willing to give him a chance but some of the results have been shocking and defensively the guy doesnt have a clue, Im hoping he can sign a decent center back in the summer and maybe keep Robbie Keane, this might change things around a bit.

He may well sign good players and build a good team....but it's TOTALLY pointless when he doesn't know what to do with them or what system to play, bottom line.

I think after coming home from a game (Both home & away) this season, I'v thought it was a good performance no more than 7 times all season.

Suprised by the yes votes, would have anything to do with Tony being a "Celtic man" would it. :97:

No, not for me, I couldn't care less if we have a "Celtic Minded" manager or not but I still voted yes.

I said all along I'd give him at least this season and I haven't changed my mind from that, it gets pretty tiresome when people always come out with that excuse as if it's the only reason when in reality some people just have a little more patience than others.

The results have been awful, some of his substitutions have been awful and if the improvements aren't forthcoming then yes he'll have to go, however, not just now imo.

Hopefully we'll see a settled team in the coming weeks and if we can see that improvement towards the end of this season then I'd keep him for next season as well.
