Majstorovic cost us thetitle. imo he has been a huge weak link in the team, Mulgrew has made mistakes but at least he has qualities, Dan has none and the second ICT goal was unacceptable, we would have at least drawn otherwise.

Last week at caley was a major factor in losing the title to the huns big dan and izzy were as bad as each other last week but the seasons over 30 odd games so it all adds up imo

This apportioning blame game to one or a few players is totally absurd. We have taken the league to the last two games of the season and have made two cup finals with this squad. I, as a supporter, want the team I support to contest every tournament with passion and hope that they play some decent football whilst doing this, and on the whole the squad have done this. If being a Celtic fan is just about winning trophies, then this season will be viewed as a failure but following a club is about being there for the good and the bad times. I personally feel that this season has been a good one and I support what Lenny is trying to achieve. There are some weak areas in our team that need to be addressed but given the scale of the task that he undertook, the number of players that needed to be brought in and the external threats that our manager has been subjected to. I hope that we all keep faith with this squad and the manager. They're young they've shown that they can beat Ragers and with a few additions in defence, a goalkeeper and a rough as * target man who can bully SPL defenders I think we will the dominant team for a few years.

No ,but it would have been better to win than draw ,,its a team game and you win as a team and lose as a team ,the Caley game last week Celtic blew it ,Had they won that game im sure Celtic would have been champs .

Dropped to many easy points but we have made a great improvement on last season. The team as a whole has improved and to blame Sammy for the penalty miss is wrong I think he will be just as gutted as ourselves.
I think next season will be the one to watch. Mon the Hoops!!!!!

    A couple of major factors:

    • Kayal and Brown both being injured at the same time around Christmas, which left us with no dig at all in midfield and it led to three draws
    • An offside goal against Hamilton that cost us 2 points.
    • Our arrogance against Motherwell after we skelped the Huns.
    • Samaras' Penalty against the Huns, it was awful he always goes to the right and his body was so open when he hit it everybody knew it was going that way.
    • Our arrogance against Caley Thistle.
    • Our terrible form on dodgy pitches.
That basically sums up this season.

It's a fine line between successs and failure, we can pick over the bones of the season but the bottom line is the players just couldn't get the job done at Inverness, they will need to show a better attitude in the SC final or we will end the season with nothing.

Loovens was panned from the beginning of the season after the 3-1 home defeat from Rangers which was catastrophic, but Madge was even worse in that game. Whoever recommended Madge ( Mjalby ? ) should get his * felt as it has cost us the league, as Madge is an absolute bombscare in defence.

it shouldnt have because he shouldnt have been on the pitch imo to take it but what cost us the league was the three home draws against killie dundee and ICT

Well if he had scored the penalty we would have won the league, doesn't mean i'm blaming him for loosing it though.

Without reading any of the replies...

YES. It cost us the title (maybe?). That's football, I honestly believe anyone else who took it would've missed. McGregor was just having that sort of day.

Let's take them to the last day and win the Scottish Cup.
