Do our players ever REALLY hate the huns??

id say i only dislike the * when they play at weekends just want them beat and it has more to do with the fans of rangers i hate there attitude it disgusts me. but i also have freinds who support them and they are really nice people. its only football shouldnt be taken as far as hate. but its human nature to hate things that annoy you it cant really be helped . bougherra little * still raging bout that wink last season not bothered bout mcgregor think he is actualy hilarious . but lafferty you jus get feeling you would shout abuse at him if you seen him the stuff comes a way with during matches and his wee evil looking mug gets me angry. rant over

 

Tensions run high in football matches, look at some of Lennons reactions in games. After the game hes mates with some rangers men.

 

its the refs mistake when player like lafferty are dirty and cheat

 

every player cheats (to some extent) and puts in tough tackles that upset the opposition. Its the refs job to sort it out.

 

So McDonald and Boyd have still to "hate" each other even though they're now partners? Really narrow minded.

 

The players need to make the Ref's job easier by not cheating though.

i dont hate all rangers players. just mcgregor, weir, broadfoot, papac, mcculloch, edu, davis, miller, fleck, lafferty, naismith, jelavic, whittaker, velicka, webster and alexander.

I think celtic players hate rangers as a club, but dont hate the players. They are in the same position and can relate to rangers players better than almost anyone.

 

I only ever hate the * on match days and when there fans particapate in monkey walks.

 

So your telling me that the way boruc was loved so much by celtic fans had nothing to do with the way he acted towards ranger players..??
Sure he was loved for his play and because he was as mad as a box of frogs, but you cant really sit there and say his dislike of ranger was not a factor.
And i'm not judging him or any of the other player i am just voicing what i think.

 

Why should they? Celtic and Rangers players have always tended to get on. I think it's a "worthy adversary" thing. Willie Henderson used to boot Jimmy Johnstone off the park in Old Firm games but the pair of them had the highest regard for each other.

 

Only the fans hate them because we know how evil the * really are. If the players cared and knew about the club as much as the fans.. they would hate their guts, personally I hate 99 percent of Rangers fans because of what they stand for. Just my opinion

 

we loved him for the way he reacted after having daggers thrown at him for blessing himself and wearing a t-shirt. many celtic supporters can identify with that so by proxy we identified with him. him hating the huns is essentially him saying he's not gonna put up with that sort of * being directed at him. if he met up with a decent rangers supporter, i doubt he's gonna treat them poorly but he's not goinae roll over and accept any of this bigotry * from anybody. end of. it's not as cut and dry as you're makin it. there's a bit of context that you have to take into account, otherwise you're misrepresenting what happened
