Yeah they do as far as I know
EDIT: had a look....think it is only with certain games when they are released.
Argos do it but it is only on certain games, they don't take any games plus it is a gift card you get not cash.Last edited by a moderator: Jun 22, 2011 -

HMV are the best for trade ins, if you have one near you they are the best place to go to. Gamestation claim they are the best but they really aren't. I've had up to £15 more trading in at HMV compared to Game and Gamestation. Not sure what Asda's rates are but you can check Tesco's online.

Not traded games in ages but it's usually a joke at places like gamestation £22 for a game thats still £40-£50 and you know the * are gonna punt it for around £35 better to just save your money imo.

Got 16 quid for the sims abd 7 quid for red dead. Very good prices imo.

No, but if they did do trade ins they would probably be the cheapest trade ins in the world!

I work in Asda so know a wee bit about it. Yes, they do trade ins on all games whether they're new or old. Prices are generally not bad. You'll get 3 quid at least per game, generally about 8-10 usually. Can get 15-20 if it's rare or out within the past year or so up to not far off full price for recently released games.
Only problem is you don't get it in cash, they put it on a store card so you can only spend it in Asda.
