    I would say he's already beyond that sort of thing, he'll either spend the next few years within China or head to another Asian/Australian team after he's done with Chanba.

    There is talk here that a team from Hai Phong (the ones that signed Denilson until he * the chairmans 14 year old daughter) are looking at him.

    If he * up in China, I don't see him lasting in Hai Phong. The most commie part of Vietnam outside of Hanoi.

    TBH, my opinion of Xi'an differs considerably from your own. I found it incredibly noisy, polluted and dirty. Apart from visiting the Terracotta Warriors can't imagine there is much appeal to the region in my opinion.

    In regards to Deek, I find his really disappointing. Thought that his move to a foreign land where his face would not be known may have helped him grow up as a person and mature. Yes, he may be a talented footballer, but he is wasting his ability because of a lack of personal discipline. The China move could have served as a kind of boot camp to get his life back on the rails. Disappointed.

    Not surprised by this at all. Thought it was a strange choice of country in the first place.

    Like other people have said him getting away would be good for him but a country like China is very strict, they have their own traditions there too and respect is a massive thing over there.

    Good luck to him wherever he goes.
