If the rumours are true of us being interested in the Korean fella from Cardiff then I can see Common's being off. Doubt he'd want to play 2nd/3rd fiddle to the likes of McGregor and Kyung.

Notts County would be a good move for young Liam. Henderson is a good midfielder who needs some game time which I don't think he'll get here at the moment.

 

you think by next summer we are going to find clubs to do business with us over the transfer of 20 players, some of whom are on long well paid contracts here? i would love it if we could get rid of the majority of that list (all bar brown , forrest and chico) but unfortunately it is not that easy. be lucky to see the back of 6 of them .

 

i think henderson will get game time and will be a main player for us within a year. looks a really cultured midfield player who can run football matches. no need for the korean would rather give henderson the time to deveop in the first team , playing understudy to brown and kayal .

 

A high tempo 4-3-3 could really suite Brown..We really missed him against Legia.. ! Charlie is a decent squad player providing cover for Virgil and Izzy he's never a midfielder tho..

Stokes has a proven record in SPL..

All been said about our player of the year..

 

Henderson looks to have everything needed to be a complete midfielder, i hope he's a mainstay for years yo come, if he keeps on improving.. I have no doubts about it..

 

I agree he looks to have plenty of ability and has got a mature head on his shoulders. But at the moment Brown, Johansen, Biton, Kayal and even Mulgrew are ahead of him in the pecking order. A six month/year loan to an SPL or League One team in England would be a good option for him i think.

Kyung if signed would challenge Commons for the position behind the striker

I was discussing with another poster earlier and came to realise that he was correct, Stokes and Commons will drop out the side in the coming weeks due to new signings, Mulgrew will drop out for Brown once he's back fit but then when Browns contract is up at the end of this season he will be let go. Mulgrew will then have a year left and we'll most likely see that run down as a squad player as I don't see any offers coming in for him.

 

i think once the "fast wingers" are signed and/or fit McGregor will move into the no 10 role IMO

I never knew we had our very own inside celtic informants on here..

 

i just think that he will be more comfortable but the 3 who Ronny wants in the 4-2-3-1 can all interchange with each other and thats a good thing, one thing celtic has needed since NL 2nd season in charge was pace, thought we had it sussed last summer when we had signed boerrigter thought him and forrest would cause mayhem but didnt think it would be mayhem in the treatment room

its a * forum: a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.

For example celtic and the fact we need to shift players out bigtime.

 

All that head bashing will incur another injury mate that we don't need.
