He can have an attitude and play like that every day of the week for me, big man has been class.

 

Lay off the smack mate. The big dumplings had a few half decent games against championship quality sides. Doesn't mean he's no still a bomb scare and a snakey turncoat *.

Boyata is to Van Dijk is what Big Shaq is to Jay Z.

 

Can't believe he got mugged off by that ugly * again. Should have been blootering it when he felt pressure.

Hopefully keeps up his current form though and in time we can move on from the fact he probably cost us a place in the CL and the £40m odd that goes with it.

 

Stick big Benkovic beside him and we'll have a defense not only the best in Scottish football but 1 of the Europe to do well in too.

He played well yesterday and hopefully he signs... if he doesn't want to be here then fair enough but the club are giving him the platform to showcase his skills and get a move so asking him to sign (with release clause) is something that should suit both parties

 

Nice too see him smiling at the end going over to the GB and applauding them

Big man is a monster and Ajer looks much much better alongside him

I don't think it's beyond them but a big part of it will hinge on how Rodgers sets us up. We need, in certain situations, to abandon his purist principles and box a bit cleverer.

 

I think that’s why we have Mulumbu now mate.

Saying that, I think that group the only game we’ll need to compromise in (in the group stages at least) is Leipzig away.

 

Leipzig are deadly on the counter attack so I'd be wary about being too gung ho against them, even at home.

I'm not sure what sort of state diet red bull are in now but they got to the semis last year so safe to assume they are also a decent team with the capacity to hurt us.

 

Aye, I wouldn’t open up against them I’d go with what wi did with Bayern at home.

 

Would go some way to make up for what he did if he signed a contract extension..
