    Find me a quote that said he will guarantee a midfielder on deadline day. Exactly. All I'm saying is What he wants and what he looks like he will get are two different things. He has more than likely pushed the boat out and tried his best to get this player he was targeting...but unless the midfielder in question has turned his offer down the only way you will get him is by putting him in a transit van with a sack over his head.

    First team badly needs reinforcements for the Champs League campaign. It's a huge opportunity missed if we don't add some players now. At this point before a ball is kicked we are a much bigger draw to the better players & with the current influx of cash I would have expected some quality additions in our problem areas. I know there is a few that are pleased with this window but it's disappointing that we looked like we were building up a head of steam & with a couple of quality players we could have made a good impact in Europe & cemented our dominance domestically. I just don't think the quality is there for Europe now.

    It's looking pretty dire it got to about 6 o'clock & I started to think it aint happening now Bitton & Brown in midfield for champ league we have a pretty good team in other areas but we need a cm badly those 2 just cant do it at that level
