Not a chance in * we are looking at signing him

They know what they're signing up for BEFORE they come here...

 

Suggested him before he went to Bayern. Would have been a cracking signing.

Not a chance an Israeli is signing for us anytime soon, though.

 

A few people expected him to come out and openly slate his own country and people, and weren't happy that he just kept his own opinion to himself. Then when others told him to turn on us, they got * off he didn't tell them to ram it. Neither were realistic outcomes, but they went to town on him for it

 

A man’s nationality shouldn’t dictate his eligibility to sign for our club. It’d be discriminatory, plain and simple.

Unless he’s posting * that crosses the line then I wouldn’t be against it. I can’t see it happening, but it shouldn’t be ruled out simply due to the fact that some of our support lump the entire Israeli population together as one, homogenous being.

It's a mixture of him not wanting to sign for us and us not even being after him tbf.

 

He would have to be mad to sign for us. Surely a non story

 

Don't know him, nothing against him but surely a non-starter just because of the pressure he would get from Israel much like Abada.

 

Think it’s unlikely we sign an Israeli for a while but I genuinely couldn’t a * what nationality someone is.

He won’t come here because the vast majority of our fans show solidarity with the people of Palestine and that’s absolutely fine. I won’t judge anyone for not signing here. Difficult situation for every player who would love to play for a club like ours but maybe don’t want the hassle from back home and find the fans position difficult to accept.

Felt the same for Abada. It was right he moved on for himself and the club because it was so difficult. At the same time, we shouldn’t need to apologise for showing solidarity with a group of people. Do some fans take it too far? Of course they do but it’s the same in all walks of life.

I’d take him if he wanted to sign here and we could make it happen though. Just think it’s doubtful.

 

If he's the right price and actually good enough to be Harts replacement and understands that there are definite sympathy to the Palestinian plight within the wider support and can accept that then fine with me.

Think it's a lot to ask of a person under the circumstance but I don't know anything about him. He might even share those sympathies.

 

Zero chance the board will sanction this, even if there was anything in it..
