spot on ! played 1 big game and had a stinker ! looks a short term option too at his age. the captaincy aint that big a deal. if your a captain then you will act like a captain with or without the armband. too much is made out of it.

 

He would be the best bet for captain. Big commanding player and doesnt mess about. Knows what he is doing

 

i think he should be at least vice captain right now as his experiance is there for all too see but i also like the idea of ledley becoming captain down the line.

Majstorović was also vice-captain at Basel and led the team out whenever Ivan Ergić was not playing. Majstorović had an excellent scoring record at FCB, averaging nearly one goal every seven games. I think Majstorovic is the natural replacement for Brown as captain. He is clearly a natural leader on the pitch and that is exactly what he have needed for some time. He has tremendous experience from the different countries and leagues he has played in and when you think about it we overall have a pretty young team. So I feel his great experience also would be a big assit.
