    The player has the be registered with the SFA. THe SFA have to verify and sign the list of players before they can be forwarded to UEFA for CL registration.

    The SFA offices close at 5 or 6 so Fox will not be registered tonight.

    But a club can register 1 new player up to 24 hours before any of the qualifiers.

    I'm sure if you notify UEFA you can get an extension, possibly until morning. I remember an EPL club doing this as they were undergoing medicals and personal terms and had the deadline extended. If it's all sorted tonight and we can get the paperwork in for early doors tomorrow morning then I'm sure it will be fine.

    Would just like to know if he's actually signed or not. Could easily have turned us down.
