Definitely on course to have his best season in a Celtic shirt.

I think he has had a few off days since Dortmund, but back to his very best yesterday. Possibly his most complete performance for us.

Love how his demeanor off the pitch is the total opposite to when he plays. Seems totally nonplussed until you give him grass to run into.

Old information, but I'm sure I read years ago that Japanese kids lead the way in language at primary level, with most kids doing something like 4 languages to a respectable, basic level before even hitting 2nd level.

Could be wrong now, it is a memory from ages ago, and it may be that the languages are all dialects of the same basic language, but they were supposedly well prepped for business with most major nations as a result.

Definitely not Japan, Scandinavia rocks though. Japanese kids get a lot of English in primary school but everything in Japan is dubbed into Japanese unlike Scandinavia where it's subtitles. However when Japanese kids go to secondary school the English focuses more on grammar rather than conversation so most Japanese can't speak very well by the time they leave. It's been debated a lot in Japan about how to improve the English teaching

He was absolutely brilliant the other day. The goal he set up for Kyogo was particularly impressive. Everything he did in that build up was perfect.

He's nearly equalled his numbers last two seasons with only 14 games played. Rodgers definitely worked at getting goals and assists out of him.

Regular goals against the filth, goals in big cup games, goals at the World Cup for his country against the biggest nations, Champions League goals and all the while end product is way down the list of importance in what he actually brings overall.

What a player he is for us, incredible. He, more than any other player I can remember in my time as a Celtic fan, will be sorely missed when he’s gone in direct relation to how he’s been appreciated in general terms whilst here.

I think i can with confidence say that he is one of my favourite ever Celtic players. Not saying he is the best, but he is everything what i want from a true Celt. 110% commitment. Absolutely adore him and he is one of those players that is irreplaceable. I have literally never seen a player like him before.

He was the perfect signing for Celtic. The energy, speed and commitment for 90 minutes every game. Still 27 so got a few years left on him.

Watch his run for his 1st goal, he's miles behind Devlin as the ball is played but somehow gets there well before.
