    - I'm not convinced Southampton are seriously looking at him.
    - I love Maeda, and did so even before it was cool.

    Never before have I trusted Celtic and our manager to bring in replacements for players and have them settle into the system right away. I think this is an exciting way to operate and will prevent us from going stale.

    It's therefore a simple formula for me these days. I suspect Ange has the scouts constantly identifying replacements for every player that we can pull the trigger on at a moments notice. If £10m+ came in for Maeda I would take it and get a replacement in.

    Constant evolution, constant effective turnover. High standards, a great place to come and play and no agro when it's time to move on. Certainly no more Ntcham situations.

    No idea why people are saying Reo isn't aggressive. Of the Japanese lads he is the one who gives some back most often. Maeda is that laid back you have to be a superior form of * to get a reaction out of him. Kyogo may seem gentle but he likes a hard tackle and can give it some with the rest of them.

    Coming on to such a great game. His goal at Ibrox, skinning Tavernier and Goldson, has done him a power of good.

    Used to think he was nowhere near good enough either. Great stuff - love when Celtic players prove me wrong.
