We’re gonna have one big problem come the summer and maybe even January. Could have bids for at least 6/7 of our players, and guys like daizen; how likely are they want to stay long if an offer of England/Spain/Italy etc. are on the cards

 

I wouldn't worry about Maeda too much.

I can't see him getting attention of clubs that would turn his head away from Celtic.

Guys like Juranovic sure, especially if the rags rumours were true about clubs like Chelsea...Maeda won't be getting anything like that at all.

Doubt any EPL will come in for him, I don't know what their finances are like but maybe a toiling Spanish club like Sevilla, I suppose if anything it will be from Germany he'd likely get interest but its likely to be bottom of table clubs that try their luck.

I think in Jan we will likely see Juranovic leave given Johnston signing on.

Maybe we hear stronger rumours of Giakoumakis as media try and ramp up faux pressure on our squad.

I reckon in summer is where we could see the real damage...guys like Jota, CCV, O'Riley, Hatate, Turnbull, Kyogo maybe - likely to be subject to varying levels of interest

 

Don’t think Maeda would consider leaving while Ange is here. Ange had to convince him to come to Europe and his doubt about coming was why we had the option to buy, but only if Maeda agreed. Ange is a father figure to him, he’s staying.

 

I can’t see our Japanese boys wanting to leave, even if it suits our player trading model

 

they might leave to clubs where Japanese players have settled, like Stuttgart. But as it stands now, it's a pretty cozy home for them here.
