Hardly. They played against better opposition and that's something anyone would recognise. If celtic tore apart a junior team for example but only went down 4-0 they would get good marks....if you see where I'm coming from. If you agree or not it's human nature for people watching to take into account quality of the teams the performances.

The quality of opposition might not have been amazing, but was that coz we didn't let them play at all by being superb or were we superb coz they were *?
From what I have been told about the game and the highlights I seen some of the ratings were a bit n teh low side, i.e. Fortune, Brown andf possible Sammy. All 3 of them looked to have played a part in the first 3 goals, Fortune was unlucky not to score.

 

Get your facts right. I've not said anything negative. I have praised the team. I'm just not getting upset about a tabloids ratings and saying inunderstand them. Please don't make up things to try and have a dig at a poster when you are so wide of the mark. Examples of negativity and unhappiness from me would be welcome....

 

We were suppose to be the better opposition last season even our star *Robbie Keane* played and we still didnt win not even a goal. So explain that? guess you must be minted then since you know where going to tear these teams apart get yourself up to the bookies then could give us all tips too

That's one game. I don't base opinions on one game. Surely that makes sense? We beat teams like St mirren 9 times out if 10.

Same goes with the ratings if we beat rangers 4-0. Better opposition. Do they all get 8/10 same as against St mirren? It's just their opinions mate. If you read the comments I think they are fair

 

The ratings for Sammy and MAF are a joke but the rest of the ratings seem about right. The defence shouldn't get more than a 6 because they were never challenged really and didn't have much to do. Perhaps Forrest could have been an 8 but that's just me being picky. The St. Mirren keeper most certainly isn't deserving of an 8 imo.

I've mad a mental note on you being incredibly wide of the mark on the McGeady to Russia deal. Even though you did your usual patter of posting posts which make it look like you are extremely well informed and in the know. I also made a note of you ignoring the fact that you said you were donating money to Yorkhill hospital if McGeady did go to Russia.

 

Where did I say we didn't play well?? I think we played very well and I am delighted with Lennon, his signings and the start to the season. I think you should think before you make assumptions on other posters.
