With him not featuring almost at all this season it doesn't look like he has much of a career left at Celtic. It seems he won't feature in Lennon's plans at all. A shame for a seemingly gifted footballer that was showing great enough potential for Barcelona to put a buy back clause in his contact.

Is the reason that appearances would force Celtic to pay Barcelona more money for him? It's says on this BBC article that he was bought for £415,000 rising to £1.6 million depending on appearances.

It is a bit of a mystery why my most of the Celtic squad have had there chance to show what there worth to the team this season apart from Crosas.

    Thought's please...

I can´t think of any reason for not playing him other than Lennon must not rate him. I think he´s a good player and would like to see him start more games.

Do you think it might be the money? That would make some sense of the situation. I'm sure the huns had the same problem with Michael Ball a few years back.

I´ve absolutely no idea if it´s about money but I am doubtful that is why he´s not playing. I could be about money but we´ve no way of knowing.

I hope he will feature soon.

He is a decent player and i'd like to see him get a shot at breaking into Lennon's teams.

I find it pretty strange though, that this is his 3rd manager at Celtic, and still hasn't had a decent run of games?

Bit baffling, he just always seems to be the odd one out when it comes to picking the midfield.

He has more talent in his right pinky toe than Scott Brown does, he must be extremely frustrated.

He wrote this on his twitter the other day "You know something isn't right when you get up at 6:45 to go to Blackburn for a reserve game :( "

Think he should play in cup games and show what he can do, I honestly think he's a great player.

we've just too many players in the midfield. Quite honestly I don't know what our best CM combo is. Is Marc Crosas good enough for Celtic? the answer is yes but he doesn't fit into Lennon's plan and our way of playing. What exactly is our way of playing? Don't know to be honest. We have some serious talent in our side. More talented than Rangers but unlike them we just can't utilise all these talented players into any type of structure or formation. Is Ki and Ledley our best combination? I wouldn't think so. Ki has been great lately though but I'm still not convinced we are playing our best structured eleven on a saturday.

If it was about the money what would be the point in buying him in the first place. In the hope that he didnt play well enough to get games? Dosnt make sense to me

I Hope He Gets a Run of Games As I Seriously Rate Crosas, Think Most His Passes Are Spot On and Has Great Vision Throughout The Game

    It would make you sick

Lenny should be going with a 3 man midfield

    Ledley Ki/Crosas Juarez

and swap Ledley/Juarez for Kayal/Brown when theyre fit again:31:

Crosas and Ki I think are similar skillful players they could be used in a playmaker position between two more combative men and rotate them depending on whos more in form/ injured ie Ki in a few weeks then crosas again

Well what if he might not be in Lennon's plans is it worth paying say 500k+ for a player that might not feature a lot during the season. My point being he might of got a chance if it wasn't for the clause, Celtic might not want to take a chance paying Barcelona more money for a player Lennon thinks will find it hard to get a first team place.

He certainly hasn't had the same chances as other fringe players so maybe that's the problem, or maybe not there is a good chance it is though.
