    Guy seems genuinely delighted to be here. Must have been a tough 3 months for him knowing that we were interested.

    He told his agent to do all he could to make the deal happen. These are the type of players i want to see at the club - those who really want to play in front of our fans. Maybe he can teach Janko how to have an end product.

    Think the Sevco game will be a bit too soon for him, not fitness wise but lack of time with the squad and a long journey back from International duty.

    Sure he will do well for us when he gets going.. I'd be tempted to get him on as a sub if we are cruising against the Tribute act as i think Barca away may be in Brendan's thinking

    Is he their regular Rb? I saw some of the USA match and CR were *, finished 4-0 if I remember right, they beat Colombia last game though (knew the results as had bet on games).

    Yeah as right wing back, haven't seen him other than the highlights to be honest but a mate of mine said he watched him play a game for west brom and said he was unreal, just doesn't get a chance as pulis plays a back four of cbs nearly. He was also meant to be one of Costa ricas best players in the world cup

    Virtually no chance (unless Lustig gets injured between now and then). Gamboa will only have trained with the squad for one day (the day before the game), which won't even be a full session. It just comes too quick for him and Rodgers will know how negative an effect it would have on his confidence if he made a glaring error on his debut against them.

    It will be Lustig, Kolo, Erik and Tierney.
