I have this wierd thing that i cant accept DDV has/will be a * buy but Gamboa is a write off to me. Another Boyata all over again - what happened to him? 1.5m down the tube.

Whoever is wearing that Green and White - as long as it is with pride and they are doing their best - will have my full support. They are there for a reason and on merit.

 

Poor first half but thought he was solid in the second half. A couple of very good tackles and comfortable on the ball.

 

yeah hope he starts to settle and find his feet a little, still too early to judge this guy. i have faith in rodgers signings.

 

Hope he improves a little more. Really like him as a person and he looks like he could be a really good attacking player linking up with Forrest/Roberts

 

Signs that he could be good. Uses that pace well and get's forward fine. It's just his defending.... Got caught out and turned easy too much..

I think he will come good though..

 

Aye much better in the 2nd.

 

Defensively questionable. But if we attack more often than defend, he will be good.
Bigger games we will go 3 at the back and probably not need him.
Lustig on his day is better though

 

Yet to be convinced he's better than Janko but willing to give him time to show he is. Nearly cost us a couple of times today. Would like to see him play next to a more conventional centre back though, not Lustig

 

Tonight was my first proper look at him. Wasn't impressed. Hopefully there's a lot more to come from him.

 

Basically my view.

 

Lustig on any day is better.
Early days but not impressed so far.

 

Guy has only played how many games in two seasons he will come good

 

Really hope he goes on to do well. Seems like a nice guy as well, a bit like Erik and Moussa in that they are using social media to interact with the fans.

He's best mates with wee Izzy.

 

Early days but looks fine for a more attacking alternative to Lustig.
