    Admittedly its on of the very few 'new' movies I have watched from the last 7 years and I thought it was great. Had a sort of 70s/80s sci fi adventure feel to it. Looking forward to watching the new one.

    I loved it but I've not seen the sequel and to be honest, I'm not in too much of a rush to see it. Getting bored of those sorts of films.

    Finally growing up eh :86: Next you'll be telling me you enjoy art house movies from the 60's :84:


    I forgot to post this character last night, Alejandro Jodorowsky as El Topo in the movie El Topo. Now it would take me an entire day to fully put across my feelings to this movie and I still think I need to watch it another few times to determine fully if I have it right, anyone reading this who has seen it will understand what I mean. But regardless of all that the character El Topo was cool!

    I'm only pulling yer leg mate, I don't doubt you watch other things not just comic book movies. But you really are doing yerself a massive disservice not checking out movies from the classic period of cinema late 30's right through to 1979. A film like The Ox Bow Incident for example really powerful movie, and that monologue from Henry Fonda when he reads the letter is just absolutely fantastic.
