Try telling my old man that one mate. Anytime we were at CP and I alluded to this he'd go for a '*'

We would of done not too bad under John Barnes if Larsson hadn't broke his leg so early in the season

At least we won a trophy that season

Also the Huns blew 10 in a row in 1998 by being too loyal to senior players more than how good we were under Wim Jansen. The points total proves that. If memory serves me right we didn't even get 80 points

Including the semi of the Scottish cup they beat us 3 times and we beat them once

Yes, Rangers were definitely not the force they had been in the Tommy Burns seasons.

We dished out some belters early on that year.

Another one, Viduka was a better player than Chris Sutton. Sutton was a better Celtic player though.

Agree, but Sutton was a better partner for the King.

    Viduka wasn't far off Larsson.

Don’t think we seen enough of them together to judge but it’d be hard to imagine a better partner for Henke.
Show’s what mentality does for a player.

Dunno if this is contraversial, but I believe that Paul McBride QC was murdered by the masons because he was about to reveal that they are controlling the SFA in rangers favour.

Still haven’t forgiven Tierney for jumping ship and don’t think I ever will. I’m less angry about it now but still feel like it was a betrayal at a time when he was on the verge of becoming a club legend.

A recent interview with O’Neill had him saying the same thing.

I loved Sutton’s take on it, knew he wasn’t as good as him, so he just felt he had to do everything in his power to make him the best player he could be.

    Amazing.

Johan Mjallby was a better Celtic defender than Van Dijk.

Genuinely believe Marc Rieper was better as well and was on his way to being one of the best centre backs in the world before his injury. He was a * baller.

I know the way Rodgers left was worse, halfway through a season and that but I've forgiven him. I haven't forgiven Tierney either and I don't think I ever will.

I definitely believe that to be true, but in hindsight that may be lucky as if Barnes had done okay he would have stayed and not got the financial support O'Neil did.

He would have, he just would have squandered it. £5m on Schiedt. £5.5m on Berkovic (that one seemed good at the time we spent it to be fair, the guy was * talented)

My mum still says he was the best centre back we have ever had (or that she has seen) as was Paul Elliot, who I didn't see.
