No, if he hadn't been so preoccupied with his birds he could have monitored him better. It's the level of care that I think is the issue not the corrupt system.

 

Who's to suggest he didn't monitor him well? He was an experienced doctor and there is no real way of proving that Jackson didn't administer the wrong amount.

 

His phone records showed that he was phoning and texting his wife and mistress's just before it happened when he should have been caring for Jacko. Don't really know a lot about it just bits and pieces I've picked up but I think if this is true then he is getting paid to care for him when his mind is obviously elsewhere.

 

I just think the blame should be on both Jackson himself, he was a mess, and on the US healthcare system as opposed to one doctor. Had it not been Murray it'd have been another doctor in his place.

 

I understand where your coming from but what if the other Doctor never had the emotional baggage that Murray was carrying and gave a higher level of care? Jackson may well still be alive.

 

Jacko knew what he was doing, he knew what the outcome of taking all them tablets could be, maybe if he didn't take them like they where sweets he'd still be alive today.

 

he is just the scapegoat, yes he made mistakes but micheals family and friends are the ones who are really guilty, they let him down for years and never helped him or did anything to make sure he was ok, but as soon as he is dead they find a nice little scapegoat

He was giving vast amounts of money to give him drugs and he did it, greed took over. He could have stopped at any time but never. Finding it hard to feel sorry for him.

not true, you will never be turned away because you cant pay, some hospitals will not perform surgeries on people who cant pay but that is changing, and while I agree out medical system is pretty bad the NHS isnt that good
