    Did a quick Google search:

    "Irish whiskey sales are now around 6.5 million cases per year. Scotch is around 90 million. Even Canadian whiskey (no offence Canada) has more than three times our sales."

    Except your stance would allow people to spread extremely damaging lies e.g. some nutter could go on Twitter and call you a paedophile.

    For this reason alone total freedom of speech of the sort you're advocating is impracticable.
