I don't think that's so controversial. He may have played for Rangers but I don't see him as a hun (a la McCoist/Goram/Ferguson).

One of Paul McStay's last great games for us was Tommy Burns 1st season 1994 beat rangers 2 nil at Ibrox. John Collins free kick and a McStay belter.
But besides that, £4m signing Duncan Ferguson comes on as sub to try and rescue the game for them.
McStay casually takes the ball off him on the edge of our box....starts to run right through the middle with Ferguson in pursuit. Then he reaches the edge of the rangers box, knocks the ball around Ferguson, runs around the other way....then belts a shot right off the inside of the post.

Would have been one of the greatest goals ever against them if it went in

He was at the Pints and Two Shots Podcast, came across really well.He was very honest actually and I’m not sure if he’s that used to being ‘interviewed’ if front of such a large crowd.Just a bit of a lad who so happened to play for them…big part of reason he’s so disliked by a lot us is ‘cos he was a good player for them as well.

A brute? Maybe but it was part of the game back then.I’ve no ill will towards the guy at all really.

He wasn't there long enough to be classed as a good player for them. Even rangers fans would tell you that. Barely a season or so.

He got signed as a replacement for Hately. He did look a good player at Dundee United, but Scottish record £4mil was over the score.
Up at court first for fighting out in Glasgow. Warned if he was up again for violence he was going to Bar. Well it happened and both Smith and Murray wanted him out first opportunity.

I don't think anyone would say he was a particularly good player for rangers

Pivotal moment in world history. Battle of Spionkop 1900, the Boer War. 3 men present at that battle...and any of them had took a bullet then world history would have taken a different course

    - Paul Kruger....
President of the 2 Boer Republics, the Transvaal, and the Orange Free State. In control of the largest gold reserve in the world and will simply not sell to the British...but as usual the British take what they want..
.If he dies Britain gets the gold quicker, builds its navy equipped with 'dreadknots' quicker. Wins the arms race with Germany, no WW1. Therefore maybe no WW2.

    - Mahatma Gandhi....
As many Indians did at the time he followed the British all over their empire picking up work everywhere and anywhere.
Here he was running ammunition up the side of the hill to the British attacking the Boer position at the top.
If he dies the Indian independence movement probably fails. The Brits don't leave. Indian doesn't get partitioned. No Pakistan. No Bangladesh.

    Winston Churchill...
He had already fought in Afghanistan and in Sudan as a teenager. He was injured in this battle but not fatally. Went on to fight in WW1 aswell 14 years later. Then lead the Brits in WW2.
If he dies the Australians don't get slaughtered at Gallipoli. The IRA have a much better chance of beating the British in the 1920s. Britain probably gets beat of the Nazis in World War 2 before the Americans have a chance to jump in.

    There ye go

I beg to differ my good man. Black Fishnet stocking always turned me on when I was younger and I still get a semi when I think about them to this day

My neighbour told me this morning that some thief had stolen her clothes from her washing line. When she said the police are getting involved I actually shat her knickers.
