tbh I don't think Derby can be picky when it comes to players, basically in League 1 now and could be going further down.

Colin Kazim-Richards has launched a blistering assessment of his time at Celtic - and slammed Ronny Deila as the WORST coach he's worked with.

The striker has had a well-travelled career and the former Turkish international rocked up in Glasgow for a short spell in 2016. His two goals for the club during the four-month stay was against East Kilbride in the Scottish Cup and Hearts on Premiership business as Deila's reign came to an end at the end of that term, with Brendan Rodgers coming in. But the 13-game stretch isn't held in the highest regard by the now 37-year-old.

Speaking on Filthy Fellas, the topic of worst bosses was brought up earlier in the discussion, and the Norwegian now boss of Club Brugge was brought up. He said: "You asked who's the worst coach, he's the worst coach. We won the league that year but got beat in the cup final as well. Celtic, massive team.

Out of respect I am giving you answers as we can sit here and joke and tell you he's this and that. But from my perspective, it was more like, I like to learn and once you stop learning at whatever situation you're in, you become stale.

It's because you aren't learning. I think with Ronny Deila, there was nothing he was doing that any of us was learning. There was no motivation, no communication, no relatedness and on the pitch one thing he was not good at is tactics.

"It was like 'what are we doing?' He brought this full fat diet into the team. No carbs, but there was bacon, pork sausages, everything fat and meat diet. If I am lying, I am sure you can look it up somewhere. You would come down to breakfast at nine in the morning and it's all fried food, just meat, you're like 'what's going on?'

It was a difficult situation and I don't think he was having a good time there as well

That season also saw Mark Warburton's Rangers - then in the Championship - knock Celtic out the Scottish Cup on penalties at Hampden. And Kazim-Richards has hinted at a coming together.

He added: "They beat us and they were the league below us, knocked us out the cup. But I didn't even get on so if you class that as playing... cause me and him... that's the altercation we got in after that.
