I'd be happy to see him start that game as well. I don't think he will though.

 

I've seen enough to know I like him. He's a huge upgrade on Cifcti. I think a lot of people have made a good point about him trying too hard for a goal. Once he gets a couple he'll be fine, but it'll be difficult for him to do that with Griffiths playing so well.

I don't mind if he doesn't score many, I think the players around him would benefit greatly feeding off the knockdowns and space he'd open up.

I wasn't sure I'd be saying this when he signed, but he looks a good bit of business.

 

Can see he's trying hard. Hope he comes good for us.

 

Not a goalscorer by any means, but looks a big game player maybe, works hard and likes to get stuck in also great at hold playing up. Only problem is looks a risk considering his anger issues.

 

That turn he made from Tierney's pass was pure class. I can see him scoring goals with that ability. He can hold the ball up as well and that's a great thing especially when you're holding onto a lead.

 

he's usable in the Scottisch leaque.. Not good enough for Feyenoord by a mile and that says it all...

 

Remember the other player we signed who wasn't good enough for Feyenoord? :icon_mrgreen:

Pierre van Hooijdonk John Guidetti and Henrik Larsson all played for them before us so not to bad of a company he's in

 

Great attitude, and does seem like a team player to be honest.

Showed some lovely touches and has done nothing to suggest that he's got severe anger issues like is being made out (bar his first game against Aberdeen to be fair when everything went wrong).

Don't think he's the mental case people make him out to be.

 

he's happy to be here and you can see it he's out to prove people wrong about him.

 

The impression you got was that he'd be some sort-a * to his own team mate's on the pitch, but all I'm seeing is a vocal guy, encouraging and bringing his experience through to other's..

Think he's genuinely happy to be here..

 

Personally I think he knows himself that he's probably made some mistakes in his career with regards to attitude at former clubs, and I think he's really grateful to be given an opportunity at a club of our size and he intends to make the most of what really could be his last chance at a big club.

Done everything right so far but score a couple more.

Too right pal, hopefully it stays that way with the big man and he starts to find a bit of a scoring touch in future appearances.

Would just love him to bag his first proper goal for us against the huns.

 

For a free and pretty out the blue signing, you'd have to say it's good business..
