He's scored 39 league goals in 305 league games in his career, I don't know how anyone could call him a striker?!

Jesus i really dont now who is doing the buying at our club but we are saturated with attacking midfielders and already have 3 strikers vying for one position, with roberts to come in to thats another attacker- im * depressed.

Don't worry, we can maybe go 3 holding midfielders to push another attacking player out the picture......................

Please tell me this is a joke? A below average journeyman striker with a horrendous track record. Just what we've been crying out for. Thing is he'll never get a game anyway, we play one up & Griffith's plays whenever he's fit. Just more deadwood to add to an already bloated squad.

Maybe he'll add a bit of fiestiness to our squad?

Couldn't wait for Nadir Ciftci to develop so we brought in the Nadir Ciftci of 6 years time. Older *.

Safe to say he won't be of that calibre.

The one you're referring to wasn't going around threatening journalists and had been part of a team that won bronze in a World Cup :56:

Sounds utterly * to be frank. Mind you, people like Pukki sounded quite good on paper so maybe they are trying the opposite and see what happens.

Never seen such an uninspired strike force, bar the griffbomb of course.

Give any guy that signs for Celtic a chance but how this guy has played for Fernerbache, Galatasaray and Olympiacos :87: What an absolute mess this transfer policy is :47:

Celtic forward Nadir Ciftci is travelling to Turkey ahead of a proposed move to Eskisehirspor.

The Turkish Super Lig side are to hold talks with Ciftci, who scored four goals in 11 appearances in the Scottish Premier League for Celtic.

The 23-year-old made headlines in October after being caught up in a clash with Celtic team-mate Emilio Izaguirre during a training session.

Eskisehirspor currently sit second bottom in Turkey's top division and are trying to avoid relegation.

    From the mail

Ciftci's replacement by all accounts. More money wasted on forwards yet again, does the * ever learn?
