One of the upsides of that mess of a window. Delighted to see it.

I thought their wide left player stepped away from him too easily a few times in the first 30 mins, but he played great after that. Brilliant 2nd half.

He's absolutely taking his chance here, playing without fear. Love it.

He looks great, a real find. A tough job for Ralston to get back into the team now.

Loved his energy. Was still 110% to the final whistle.

And a performance of real maturity despite his age and lack of first team experience.

Brendan Rodgers has heaped praise on Colby Donovan after his performance for Celtic against Crvena zvezda this evening.

The 19-year-old was given the nod at right-back for the third consecutive match.

Donovan didn't put a foot wrong in the 1-1 draw, and Rodgers wasn't hesitant to laud the youngster post-match.

"I thought he was absolutely outstanding," the Celtic boss told TNT Sports.

"I said to all the players after, I thought he was incredible in the game for a young player, making his fourth or fifth start for us. To play to that level in such a tough stadium to come and play in.

"He's just turned 19. He's just got personality. It's the big thing. He's not frightened of anything. He goes into the game, he takes the ball, he passes the ball forward, he runs forward, he's aggressive, he stops crosses, and that's how he trains. He trains to that level every day.

"I'm so so happy for him. He's stepped in, and he's obviously playing consistently now. To come here and perform like that was outstanding."

Great performance, especially 2nd half. Really came on to a game.

Would consider a loan in 2nd half of the season to get more experience once AJ and Ralston are back fit with view to moving Ralston on in the summer and having him as backup

With the lack of options we have at RW, I wonder if him and AJ together would work?
