    It's normal winter for us up here, but because it is so widespread and hanging around for a while it is getting so much attention. Its uncommon for such strong inland winds so that's how the media have a pinger over it.

    I was expecting to wake up to cars upside down and deid cattle scattered across my garden the way people were going on. Looking outside it looks a bit wet and windy. Not * apocalyptic stuff. Some folk need to get a grip.
