Not the type of striker we need. I'd prefer a more 'Sutton' type player.

I think we need a bustling CF but chucho is really really quick and very tricky so could be a good move

IF he signs for the huns I'd terminate our contract with Santos Laguna and try and get one with Pumas

Not heard much about him, but then again, who had heard of Henrik Larsson or Lubo Moravick before they came here?

    Sign him up.

I would take this guy in a minute, and I think he would suit our type of play, and would link up well with Hooper, I know that some of you will be thinking "but what about Stokes". Stokes is a good wee player, but genuinely I dont think he has the ability to be our forever chosen striker, yes there are games which will suit Stokes, but there will also be games that will suit "Chucho"especially with his lightening pace, and trickery. Very often with his kind of pace, he will pull defences all over the place, leaving space for Hooper in the penalty box area of our opposition. Many have said it on here before, and I agree, that a club like Celtic need 4 top strikers, who our fourth one would be, I am unsure of, that is of course assuming we DO get Chucho in the summer. Sammy ?, I honestly don't know about, and I know I have slated him on here aplenty, but I have big if's and buts about him, and I genuinely dont know if he is Celtic class, but then again, I have loved the way he has played against the dirty brigade in all our games against them this year. Yes, I admit big Sammy is a trier, and he would run all day long for us, but then I ask is he good enough to warrant a place in our rotation system, for a lot of the game on Wednesday night, he kept running into trouble, and when he got the ball our play very often broke down. But it's an aye for me on the "Chucho" debate :50:

    he's a great player

we've already discussed his scoring record in the prem, but he wasn't always a starter at brum and his pace caused havoc for defenders

I hope we sign him I think he would be good, hope we sign Shane Long from Reading as well & Sell Morten Rasmussen & Daryl Murphy, give Sammy a new deal & we are laughing.
We need plenty options if we are to battle on all fronts next season (including in Europe), So with Chucho, Hooperman, Sammy, Stokesy & Long we will have great options up front, also Commons & Maloney are options as well to play off the striker or as a striker, so would be good :50:

very, very little chance of him going there.

you don't need to worry about that

He can hold the ball up and stretch defences with his pace, his finishing is the only question mark over him
