Who knows though? it was a disrespectful comment Ronny got a 3-3 draw with Inter Milan and Sutton was praising him for it

He's took digs at Ronny at least 6 times in the past few months. It's boring, disrespectful and childish in my opinion.

I think he's right when he says we're a totally different team this year than last with a massively different mentality.

I really couldn't care less about what he says about Deila :smiley-laughing002:

Sutton's a Celtic legend, a fan, and more importantly just a bloke that calls it as he see's it without any airs and graces.

The guy has gone why carry on the sly digs? If he's a Celtic man he'd get behind Brendan he's like an ex boyfriend who can't let go

Give it a rest with the Ronny digs, Chris. The man did his best.

I've criticised Sutton before for his constant attacks on Ronny, because I maintain that for all his well-known weaknesses, there is a lot that Ronny did right that prepared the way for Brendan (Ronny the Baptist, so to speak); but I have no issue with what Sutton said tonight, it's the simple truth and was said with a bit of exaggeration by way of humour.

The smile on his face at the end... he's definitely one of us.

I thought Steve McMannaman was absolutely fine, but Rio Ferdinand was a wee bit disrespectful at times TBH. Glad big Sutton was there to stick up for us.
