This will be the interesting thing for me, because I feel like he was the top target at one point and it got dropped the more public it became. Ange has always been clear the attitude is the first thing for him, before the ability. Be interesting to see a player he’s clearly a fan of, who may be available, if he completely patches it because of it.

 

Ange has said OH was our top target and that we had been tracking him since September not sure where you get this guy being top target.

I wouldn’t sign him quite happy with OH and this guy seems the type to take a huff and be a pain in the * so I’d give him a miss

 

Not really one to take a huff, since he accepted his club's decision without whining. But one might say he lacks determination to pursue his goals. Either that, or he's patient as *.

 

I think the whole Cho fiasco shows that no one online claiming to be ITK is actually ITK.

 

Cho made it clear he didn’t want to come here right now. If he doesn’t want to come, that’s fine, but players shouldn’t be dictating when they will or won’t be coming. You either want to come or you don’t.

Come the summer, I hope we have appropriate targets from leagues that are in the off season. Ange having fantastic knowledge of the Asian market, puts us in a great position to never overpay for players because there’s always a market in the off-season for us to have targets in.

 

I wouldn’t necessarily say that, I think there was genuine interest and i believe we even made an offer but it was the player that turned us down.

Same with Vinicius Souza and to an extent, Eddie Howe.

 

Think he's been advised really poorly about being better off waiting to move in the summer window instead of now and his team wanting to hold him til then, looks like Oh was being given the same sort of advice but got his move only because he's went behind the scenes to management and really pushed for it.
