    "hes taking his time to decide his options" another way of saying am looking for a better move elsewhere and used Celtics name to drum up a potential bidding war. If nothing comes up al settle with Celtic and say its a massive club, was always my choice and never in doubt. Cant wait to play in front of those wonderful fans in the champions league.

    Seen this story so many times. As a say move on, or use of this cash and increase GG wages.

    Green card is a permanent residence permit. How can a privately run club promise anything the U.S. federal authorities issue? They can help with the application process, that's it. Also, I repeat: Cho's parents are not young people.

    They can open a business for the family and make them guarantors to the business. This allows access to green card status and x amount value of the business as well. Shady, but legal.

    It also doesn’t matter if it takes another day or another 2 weeks to complete. If Celtic/Ange want him and have done for a number of weeks (maybe months) then we should try for him until we either are priced out of a deal or can’t agree personal terms. It’s Jan 10th ffs we shouldnt pull out of a deal and move on because he won’t sign for us yesterday. Some folk think all business should be done before the first now that we have agreed deals early on these last two winter windows. Not going to happen everytime remember.
