outside the box thinking there but i've heard and unfortunately seen worse ideas in football. Maybe during an injury crisis or when we're minutes to go and desperate for a goal it could be worth a go. The mood i've been in since paying 42 quid to watch that letdown at the weekend i'd rather see Charlie up front than Sami. Then again i'm not happy with Charlie for his crazy tackles on sunday. Lets just get Hooper and Stokes up front together again before i have an anger stroke

This is what I'm thinking. Could be a waste of time or could be inspired. Prof's right about us needing him at CB, but I would give it a bash in training and maybe against Ross County. If it worked, then sign a CB in Jan and move Charlie forward. If not, no big deal.

Na, dont think so but I suppose it would always be worth a try. Who would have thought he would have been such a good centre back before he was put in there? I think we need in the defence though

Haha, no worries mate:50: It is, shall we say "a bit of of the box" lol - but then again, that's exactly why I posted.

I reckon everybody who has read this has either faceplamed themselves, or scratched their chins! :84:

If we were ever short up front he would do a job aye but then he would do a job anywhere from back to front in the centre or the left.

I think we are using him correctly though and contrary to what a lot of other people are saying I prefer him at left mid over centre half. I can't help but think people rate him as a centre half because it's the worst part of our team.

A suppose it wouldnt be that bad an idea if we badly needed a goal, he is 6ft3 and you see managers puting the big men up front all the time when they are chasing an equalizer or a winner.

stoke and blackburn are good for it :50:

I think loovens would make the best target man, the ball always goes in when he is near goal, which is why we should move him towards the other teams net
