    I'm not picky.
    I remember last season when we were in the Europa League and people saying things like "we'll get pumped", "we'll just be embarrassed", and "we won't have a chance in *". Well, we didn't get pumped, we didn't get embarrassed and we DID have a chance.

    Now, I know it's the Champions League and it's a big step up from the Europa League BUT to think so negatively is just a bit of a joke. People wrote us off against the likes of Juventus, Barcelona, AC Milan and Bayern Munich in the mid 2000's when we got through to the group stages and look what happened then. I know it was a different squad BUT we were still never given a chance.

    In games like this you never know what will happen and if we get it right on the day then we'll open a few eyes around Europe by showing them what we can do with a good, young squad.

    Either way, we're in the Champions League - we should enjoy the ride no matter what.

    Probably the best fixture list we could have got. The two winnable home games bookend it so if we get off to a good start we could still be in with a real shout come the final game at CP. If it turns out to be a must win in the final game I have no doubts we will win it.

    took me a few tries on the forgot password bit! wow just realised it has been 6 years...

    From my perspective, I think we have a stronger team and better manager from our previous version. But we always leak goals, our 'score more than them' attitude doesn't always work out...

    if i book flights to glasgow for the 5 dec home match against Spartak, whats the chances of someone flogging me a ticket outside Celtic Park?

    Or if all failing that... you rekon the pubs would have a good enough atmosphere to merit me flying over rather than stayin in the pubs here?

    We never seem to get a kind draw in the CL group stages, looking forward to the barca games though, atmosphere should be mental at CP.

    First of all, greetings from Sweden (Helsingborg in fact!). Huge Celtic fan for many many years. My first post here.

    Im planning a Lisbon trip with my wife. Is there any chance to get tickets in the Celtic section in Lisbon even if you're not a season ticket holder?

    Love that group tbh. It will be great welcoming wee Aiden back at Paradise and then welcome possibly the greatest ever team to play the game. I definitely think we are capable of getting 3rd place and if we have stand any chance of getting 2nd, we need to pick up at least a point away from home. I am confident this team can do that. We look like a proper European side playing away from home this year already imo. Barcelona will walk the group but 2nd place is really up for grabs. This is going to be a great season :50:

    Great draw for us, I would be happy of we finish 3rd but I think we have a real good chance of getting 2nd, as long as barca pump benfica and spartak, we could go into the final group game at paradise playing for the last 16! Buzzing for this!!!
