    i wouldnT really think so, as long as the stadium reaches the overall uefa minmal requirements for CL to be played...on the other hand, wouldnT it get them more money if they were to move to a bigger stadium?

    Aalborg Parken, Aalborg = 26.865
    Parken Stadium, Copenhagen = 34,098 (future: 38,000) says wiki.

    Wondering about my hole getting mustarded

    I've been told this morning on the Villarreal forum (ForoGroguet) that the ticket quota for season ticket holders will be sld out at 20,000. They reckon there's a 1000 or so for courtesy things, sponsors and VIPS.

    Season ticket holders have to use thier ID cards with their tickets to get in apparently to quash touting.

    Not good news for them hoping to turn u and get a ticket, though it won't stop most from going.
    Just thought I'd pass the info on.

    I POSTED THAT A FEW POSTS UP.

    Well I'll be living in Manchester and it's the Aalborg away leg I wanna get to. If I go a few days before and return a few days after then I can get pretty good deals with Sterling Air, but cos I'll be at uni I can only take 2, 3 days off tops. I also looked at flying to Hamburg to meet my brother then using ground transport to get up to Aalborg, but I think that's a bit risky. Could go to Leeds airport, Newcastle or even London if it helps. Argh it's a headache!

    You could fly with Sterling from London Gatwick to Aalborg and back for £158. The only problem is, the flights are in the evening, so you would need to spend two nights in Aalborg, fly out Monday and back Wednesday. But doing that, it does leave you with the full day on Monday to get yourself down to Gatwick.

    Problem with Aalborg is that they only have two airlines flying to the airport, SAS and Sterling. Not even Ryanair have flights to Aalborg.

    Andy is a very well-informed girl I must say.

    As a alternative you could fly to Copenhagen and from there make the trip to Aalborg with SAS or Stirling. And then, the next day do the same other way. You can fly from Manchester (or Glasgow) to Copenhagen, and then take a domestic plain.

    But I isn't sure if it is much easier than make the trip by train from Hamburg.

    :56:girl? excuse me!! :56::56::56:

    Yea, I checked out the SAS option for Glasgow/Manchester to Copenhagen to Aalborg and back. It was working out around £370 :97: SAS have never been the cheapest of airlines but * me, you can get a flight from Glasgow to the Caribbean for less than that :rolleyes:

    Haha. No, domistic travel with plain is very expensive in Denmark and is mostly used by business people who hasn't time to make the trip be train.

    You can make the trip by train from Copenhagen aswell, but it isn't faster than it would be if you do it by Hamburg anyway.
