20,000 of which don't give a * if the team, wins, loses or draws, school kids and junior teams on a freebie, students on bogof tickets, absolute joke support, never sell out their away end, took 900 to Anfield last season out of an 2500 allocation, it's 35 miles away ffs, always returning their away tickets, 17k at home last month in a CL qualifier :icon_mrgreen:

Just out of curiosity, say the same thing happened to us when we were meant to play at home to Monchengladbach. Do you think you would see a drastic fall in the support that turned up the next night? I don't.

Id imagine the unused seats would be in the 100s rather than the 1,000s anyway. Surely people who couldnt go would give their tickets away?

That would be the case for City if they weren't shipping in thousands of children from schools all over the UK.

    Bit more difficult to organise.

Didny even know they done that, embarrassing that probably the best team in England by a distance as no one else has near their class of players are giving away thousands of tickets and still cant fill their stadium.
