After winning 1:0 at home, Maribor drew 2:2 with Maccabi in the away game (played in Cyprus). This means at least the group stage of the Europa League (for the 4th consecutive season) or the Champions League if we make it past the last hurdle. Can't wait for the draw on Friday. :veryhappy:

AEL already a man down. I could see Zenit winning by three goals with 11 against 11, but against 10 men they really shouldn't have any problems progressing.

They have been pish so far. Still 0 x 0 I see. Turned over to the Malmö game at half time.

EDIT: Rondón steps up as I type :smiley-laughing002:

Whenever I have seen zenit play they have been absolutely terrible, for the amount of money they spend, they really are a poor side.

They are so boring to watch.

Cillian Sheridan scored for APOEL tonight.

Yeah, but they totally outplayed AEL in the first game, they had more than 20 attempts on goal as opposed to AEL's 3, of which 1 was on target and ended up in the goal. :icon_mrgreen:

Today, again, they are the only team playing any footbal. AEL didn't park a bus in their penalty box, they parked an aircraft carrier. Zenit had 33 goal attempts today, so together that's 55, scoring only once. :56:

    Zenit won 3:0.

Malmö 2:0 up against Sparta Prague, 4:4 on aggregate and currently Malmö through because of the away goals rule.

Fecking Napoli. :31: Only Arsenal would've been harder. Iturraspe's never allowed to talk to the media again - he totally jinxed it. :38::smiley-laughing002: Swine.

Need a result at home. No one ever wins in Naples.

Confident of getting a result at home, been formidable there all last season and stadium should be finished, I think, so they'll have a full house behind them. :50:

Hoping Valverde will use Iraola and Sanjo over De Marcos and Gurpegui at the back though, especially in the away game. De Marcos might be ideal at home, though since Ira doesn't have the legs on him anymore to push forward.

Those two girls in the Beşiktaş end (blonde & brunette) are gorgeous. Must be the only two women there, mind. :smiley-laughing002:
