    'IF Linfield play Celtic, the game at WP likely to be July 11 with an early kick-off. Celtic happy, PSNI no complaints.'

    Only pointing out that the narrative has changed mate.

    'The PSNI have informed Linfield their preference would be that the potential money-spinning Champions League clash would have the fixtures reversed.
    That would mean the Blues travelling to Glasgow on July 11 with the Scottish champions visiting Windsor Park a week later.

    Given the resources needed to police the Orange Order parades on July 12, that date had already been ruled out but both clubs were happy to play in Belfast a day earlier. Irish Premiership champions Linfield were drawn to play the home leg first on July 11/12 and the PSNI are likely to make their feelings known to UEFA today.'

    Celtic shouldnt take any tickets for the game and fans shouldnt travel. They are a horrible club that will only be looking to cause bother and make money. Celtic fans not turning up goes someway to prevent both these things. There will be plenty of great european nights to look forward to after this one.

    Horrible tie. I was hoping for anyone besides them.

    There is a politician in Belfast called Ruth Patterson or Ronseal Ruth to her friends. She wore the Linfield scarf in the council chamber before in Belfast when she was a DUP councillor. Slabbering about being British and all this pish. Ex UDR * to. To hammer Linfield on the 12th and sicken her. Glorious.

    This will be their last games in Europe, hopefully at least another 5 away ties for us, am doon in London for u2 concert at Twickenham on Saturday the 8th, so heres hoping am still alive for the game on the Tuesday against the Tribute acts Tribute act
