    * knows, that's their business. But I'd imagine they will want it in Belfast.

Celtic shouldn't be letting these * get a big pay from it.

I just read about the history 'Belfast Celtic'... the game would be a good opportunity to give the Linfield * something to think!

Cardiff is probably a great shout for the first leg. Far removed from any of their *, they will still take a big crowd - or get found out for what matters most to them. Just need to still tightly police it though.

Celtic would need to ensure that the pitch is secured as sure as night as follows day you will get some idiots on the pitch - there s a certain history and this is the perfect storm - this is the bile of hatred at an old firm turned up to max
I dont want any after effects that linger on that alter our european campaign
Celtic should not accept tickets for this if its 11th July - this shower have nothing to loose we have

Linfield played a couple of games at my local teams ground when Windsor pk was closed due to trouble. Just ended up in sporadic fights around town with Wrexham's football firm, who have a soft spot for Celtic & Boh's.

Thats with Wrexham, just think what mood they will be in for us.

This isnt going to be alcohol fueled or football hooligans. This is going to be a battlefield for them.

Inactive being the operative word. I'm inactive from football but could still play if I want.

But both clubs are understood to have agreed to hold the first leg on Tuesday, July 11 with a 5pm kick off to avoid clashing with the July 12 Orange Order marches.
Discussions are now ongoing with the Police Service of Northern Ireland to rubber stamp the date and kick-off details.
Linfield chairman Roy McGivern "We’ve also had a chat with UEFA and we had ruled out July 12 for obvious reasons, purely from a practical point of view.
“At this stage the first-leg would be on July 11, potentially with an early kick-off but there are discussions going on at home now with the PSNI to see how that would be managed.
“That is the preferred option at the moment but there have been no discussions about switching the games at all.
“Celtic are relaxed about it and they seem happy enough to play in Belfast on July 11."
