yeah it was rueles if thats how you spell it, was at it myself, tic looked very well. great to see them over and not bad side either, stokes was giving autographs for 15 min after he came off along with crosas, juerez, zaluska and few others too. a couple of sconthorpe fans there for hooper, looked off the head to me but they requested to security he come out to them and he did but fans mobbed him and that was end of that. :shamrock: crosas looked impressed with my spanish when i shouted (crosas amigo) pointing to the match programme.:icon_mrgreen:

    Game was very poorly advertised.

Anyway, the Irish fans spend enough hard earned money tripping over every 2nd week,so i dont think they need to fork out another €20 to show their support in a challenge match.

Fair enough but at the same time there is loads of people on here saying blah blah we deserve Celtic to send over a 1st team squad and we send over a very strong squad and 2000 odd turn up , for the 1000's that travel every week 1000's don't so was perfect chance to go see the bhoys just seems like a poor show to me .

Poor comment, the Irish fans show their support by getting up in the middle of the night to travel over to the games, not getting back to the earlier hours of the next morning at a cost of thousands of euro every season, we don't need to go to a friendly to show our support. Did you hear the Irish fans saying poor show from the Glasgow lads at the attendance of the recent competitive League cup game?

As i said,it was very poorly advertised.
I would blame the bad advertisment to be honest,i would not have known if it were not for this site.

Deadly in front of goal he's in 19's but he's 17 we signed him in January when he was 16 everytime he comes off the bench for the 19s he scores.

When we signed him he was branded the new Imbrohimavich.

20 euros for a very badly advertised game.

Was never going to pull a big crowd.

Celtic should have waved there appearance money goodbye for this and maybe the ticket prices could have came down a fair bit ,if it was 10 euro and 3 euro say for an * and kid ticket it would have sold out but also Bob mentioned it wasnt advertised widely ,,money is very tight all round but could have been a good gesture from Celtic to say thanks to the Irish bhoys who support and travel every other week to Glasgow.
