They were decent. Izzy would have ran riot if he was playing though.

Maybe "hammer" was an exaggeration, but I think it would be comfortable. 3-1 perhaps. That was effectively their first team that was out there tonight, whilst we were starting duds like Murphy and players who are still relatively unfit, like Maloney. Our team was just sort of thrown together to get the game out of the way, or so it seemed. Didn't look there was any kind of shape to it.

To put it into perspective, not one player who started in the Hibs game on Sunday started tonight. All the worrying in here is pointless and quite frankly, laughable.

Nice to see majority are acknowledging us as a club and slating those who sang the famine song.

Sound top lads! All the best to them.

To be completely honest after some songs and chants i heard tonight i can say i have lost respect for Wolves they should be ashamed of themselves, Wouldnt be surprised if the Irish lads walked out in the morning...Disgraceful!
And to those fans that stuck up for us fairplay to you's :50:

To be honest Shane, I don't think we would have needed to change the whole team to hammer them, if Hooper had played we would have scored at least twice imo.

    Du-ri Wilson Mulgrew Matthews
    Forrest Wanyama Ledley Maloney
    Hooper Mphela

I know mate. I thought the wolves fans that came up would have been alright but majority I came across were looking for trouble.

Apparently the Wolves fans that I mentioned at the top of this page weren't aloud into the Celtic Park.:56::56::56:

I wasn't even aware there were Wolves fans inside the stadium tonight. Never heard a peep from them on the stream I was watching, only the GB in full voice with JCGE etc :50:

They would have got a kicking.

I remember the Sunderland fans were singing * Save The Queen a few years ago so im not really surprised.

All the ones I met were sound, don't see a problem with them singing their national anthem whether it's a noise up or not.

20/30 of their casuals were escorted in by police, looked like wanks.

The Celtic Song so long as Dean Park doesn't sing it.
So what's the verdict on the trialists etc? Anyone showing promise?

Heya guys..... First of all im a wolves fan that watched the game online. i apologize for any Wolves fans that were being Twats! thats the fans we dont need. I have massive respect for Celtic as i have enjoyed watching them in europe for years and years, they are by far my favorite Scottish team.
I know you played some trialists and some second string players but please dont put Wolves down saying you would have thrashed us because i reckon if we had full fitness and our jarvis and raring to go against your No1 team it would have been a cracker of a match and very close. Wolves can play if they want to , just take a look at who we beat last season lol. you are awesome fans to your club and that is admiral and something i wished our hooligan twats fans would do. anyways Good game guys and wish you look for your season and silverware ( as i know you will get some :) ) i will continue to watch Celtic as much as i can. (",)
