I absolutely love your optimism. I don't think we'll see a high scoreline. I have a feeling they'll attempt to box us out, defending deep and try to force us to put in crosses from deep.

Hopefully we won't get caught in a trap that allows them to counter.

 

I just think 3 consecutive games they lost 3 goals to lesser teams. Their defence is barking under pressure and they're missing players through injury and being cup-tied.

Griffiths put in possibly his worst performance in a Celtic shirt last Saturday and still managed to grab 2; if he's got all that out of his head and is firing on all cylinders then I don't see any reason we can't better what those part-time teams done.

 

The old Rangers are dead, MarkyBhoy. Not permanently humiliated... dead. This new club are a new entity. Beating them will be all the sweeter. We need the competition of a challenger outwith Aberdeen, and in time this new Rangers team will bring that. Maybe even next season, who knows.... and also, Boyata must start against them...

They wont be used to defending deep, shutting teams out or spending large parts of the game without possession.

The prices the bookies are givin for us are * I doubt I will even bother puttin a bet on.
