We wouldn't have won that game last season. Let's not have a go at the team for that performance but praise them for getting the 3 points. Let's also imagine what this site would be like had the game finished 0-0 and let us be thankful for the victory. Amen. (And c'mon Hamilton, lets get into these * * tomorrow)

    Hail, hail

Glad to get the 3 points, some of the passing in the final 3rd was wofull today Izzy was the most guilty but have to say that his effort never in question just an off day.
I am a big Ki fan but he was very poor.
Substitutions won it for us, we have to give credit where it is due St Mirren played a solid defencive game.

Undifeated from now till the end of the season, Lennon won the last 8 games last season let's dO the same again.

    Come on Celtic

    Celtic 1 St Mirren 0.

Pretty even game until the second half, Celtic were far the better team in that half although St Mirren played a dogged game, throughout the whole match.
Thank you Kris Commons a substitute who scored the only goal in the game.

At half four I was * myself and thinking aaahhrrrggg why do you have to make it so hard Celtic? Why do you keep throwing the Huns lifelines? Can't believe that I was reading posts on this thread that were posted at 4:55 that mentioned the game still going. Blow it FFS ref. The Huns have been winning ugly all season and I'd bet they thought we'd blown for a bit today. Hope Hamilton can do some damage as they've had some Old Firm points already this season. Good luck the 'Ton for tomorrow...

for long periods of the game it looked like we would be dropping 2, and i shat myself when st mirren had the chance at the end.

Haven't heard anything but it was a needless challenge on him after the ball was played.. He was holding his ankle area just before getting treated..

Jim Goodwin with the challenge , so I don't think there was any intent to injure him there.. No free-kick given either.. Maybe the ref was to close to see it..
