I like Pukki too. Newer players need a longer run in the team to blend in, but they simply don't get the time. I don't get it.

What's with the rage for Stokes starting?

He's been playing well recently and him and Commons link up so well.

Stokes will score a coupler today and people will still hate on him, ridiculous.

 

there is other strikers who should be gave a chance to score goals since he is not , i dont deny he is playing well but he is not scoring that is why balde should be given a chance

That's a very narrow-minded way of looking at it.

He's been scoring goals, providing goals and the teams he's played in are winning........so....what's the problem?

Balde certainly has done nothing to prove he deserves to start before Stokes.

Stokes scored on his last outing.

 

For me it's close between him and Pukki......but i'm just enjoying the confidence Pukki seems to be gaining at the moment, and last weekend he made a massive difference, while midweek I thought he did well again, in arguably the nest team performance I have seen at home this season. Linked up really well.

Done nothing to warrant a drop to the bench more than owt else - as opposed to anything "anti Stokes" as such.

 

over the season he has not scored enough . commons has been carrying us ifhe was injured and stokes was not scoring then people would complain . a like stokes im no saying hes * or that just like ma strikers to score more than what he has over the season

 

I think Stokes has really picked up recently, whereas Pukki was a wee bit off form in his last game.

It's going to be hard trying to keep all these strikers (and by extension their fans) happy until the end of the season.

Because of Commons' free-scoring run just now we can't play both stokes and pukka up front in partnership, but I'd love to see both of them get some game time together.

The link up play between the pair at times has been great

I hate hearing balde and pukki being slated as not good enough when they have hardly had a chance as yet jesus its as well nobody else is judged as quickly in their jobs. I also agree id like to see them have a go together as they looked like a potential partnership in turkey

 

We are playing such a high tempo, quick passing game just now that sadly Balde isn't cut out for at the moment.

Balde will get his chance, he'll get a half hour if the game is sewn up.

 

Can't Stokes like break his leg or something?
