Samaras was * pish on the wing but up front he could do some business.

Cant see us keeping a clean sheet and also struggling to score. Hate to say but doom and gloom ahead so 1-1, more points dropped at home................or is that a point gained as were playing p**h ! ??

* if anything we need a convincing win with a heap of shots on target and a few goals so 3-0 or 3-1 sounds better to me.

 

Its a must win game 1-0 2-0 3-0 4-0 or 4-3 (anything) but we have got to win!!!!

 

Be very interesting to see if Lenny has the capacity to actually learn from his mistakes - I hope he does, but I'm quite worried.

Ledley is a passenger, as is Murphy - these 2 new signings should be transfer listed, but as they're Lenny's I doubt it.

4-4-2 is a dead duck, all teams playing 5 in the middle do well against us. McInnes will play 5 in midfield with big Parker upfront + they have fast wingers.

Kayal & Brown must play.

Juarez deserves a shot, McGinn missed too many opportunites on Tuesday & should be dropped - although I actually like him & think he could be a player.

Keep possession & probe their defence from a position of safety. Lenny hasn't learned from BTM's gung-ho 4 up front approach. We've got attacking FB's we need a sitter who can dictate play - Kayal is a great signing & probably why we've dropped points & reverted to 4-4-2 as he's been injured.

 

Does anyone think that Stokes looks the goods? Is he not a wee bit selfish and wasteful? It's hard to be optimistic about the team at the moment.
