I think the away leg being first is a major advantage as well. If we can keep it tight ie draw or lose by just one goal i think we'll have a great chance.

Let's not kid ourselves though, this will be a tough match. Both teams are good enough to be in the group stage. I don't know how Spartak are in the unseeded group.

Anybody know anything about them. The only players i recognise is their midfielders Mozart and Titov. Somebody get the champ manager fired up and give us the lowdown!

:56:There's no way you're drawing at Parkhead, the pressure on your team to get a result in the first leg or you'll be in serious trouble

Defensive midfielder Mozart stays here and after the new coach came, he started to play realy quality football (he had a conflict with previous coach)

Martin Stranzl is our most stable and main central defender.

Egor Titov finished the international career for national team not so long ago, but he's still solid - currently he's our captain.

Quincy Owusu-Abeiye sucked badly in our league, probably it was a wrong transfer... he didn't play for main team long ago, and now he's close to transfer to some EPL team.

    Spartak forever

Hi, scottish! What do you think about draw? In Russia we think it is good for us (Newcastle, 4 example, 1-4), we always plaid very good with brittish teams.
Do you want to know anything about us, Spartak Moscow?

There'll be a few thousand at your stadium, most loyal fans in Europe in terms of traveling. Oh aye, and I'm liking your complacency. Will make our tanking of your team all the more sweet!

Ok, you are 18 games into your season. Our league begins this coming Sunday. 4-1 Newcastle was a pre-season friendly and means nothing. We are current league and cup champions and we reached last 16 of CL last season-only being put out by AC Milan (Winners of CL) during EXTRA-TIME in the 2nd leg. We aslo beat Man Utd, Benfica and FC Copenhagen in last years CL.

Hi Spartak, i'm confident we will beat you over the two legs! I do worry about our defene in the first leg at your ground, the atmosphere looks hostile and the pitch is an advantage to you. When you come to paradise in the second leg i think the passion will impress you all! I'm going for 1-1 inthe first leg and 2-0 to Celtic in the return.
